The staff were very welcoming and professional.    Meal was plentiful and well cooked, maybe warm the plates to keep food hot.   Knifes need replacing as very blunt to cut meat, although we should have asked for replacements.   Nice atmosphere.

Our meals were lovely and the service and quality were very good.Some more sides such as fried onion or fried mushroomS would be nice, though I hesitate with the latter as a special request for mushrooms (as the onion rings were off) saw &pound;1.50 added to our bill for just a single one.The patio outside where we had our aperitifs is in dire need of smartening up and general attention, especially regarding weeds growing all over and replacement of furniture: several pieces were rotten and had nails exposed dangerously waiting to catch the unwary.

My husband is on medication and requested 0% beer They made sure some was in stock. Very impressed with food, drink &amp; service

Really home cooked food the ham to die for and the Sunday roast everything cooked to perfection and the pork crackling perfect definitely be seeing me again even the veg was cooked no hard bits xx
